Adv. Duschnitzky is the legal assistant of Judge (Ret.) Eitan Orenstein, who handles Mediations and Arbitrations in complex conflicts in the fields of commercial law, real estate, corporate law, Insolvency law, communications, defamation, intellectual property, and administrative law. 

Prior to joining our team, he served as judicial assistant to Chief Justice of Tel Aviv District Court, Judge Eitan Orenstein, and regularly assisted Deputy Chief Justice, Judge Chaled Kabub from the court´s Economic Department. He coordinated the committee, headed by President Orenstein, for the Implementation of Online Dispute Resolutions (ODR) in Israel´s Judiciary System

Adv. Duschnitzky also held the position of Director of the Legislation and Policy Department (including Government Relations), Movement of Quality Government in Israel (NGO) and as an advocate in the NGO´s Litigation Department, whilst running their Legal Clinic at the Academic Center for Law and Science.  

Adv. Duschnitzky Interned as a criminal prosecutor´s assistant at the Central District Attorney´s Office. 
Officiated as Chairperson of the Alumni Organization of the Hebrew University´s Law Faculty (NGO), and a Representative in the Disciplinary Committee´s Panel of Appeals, Hebrew University of Jerusalem. 

Served as a soldier in the Intelligence Force, IDF.
